75bd1 Terms & Conditions

To be eligible to register and maintain an active 75bd1 account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. 75bd1 may request documentary proof of age at any stage of your account lifecycle. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or birth certificate.
• Residency: You must be a resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction in which accessing the 75bd1 platform is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of use.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Persons who lack legal capacity due to mental incapacity or court order are not permitted to use the platform.
• Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on 75bd1 or any other gaming platform you have voluntarily or involuntarily excluded yourself from.
• Single account: You must not hold or have previously held a closed or suspended 75bd1 account under a different identity. Each natural person is entitled to one account only.

Where 75bd1 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18 years of age, the account will be suspended pending age verification. If verification confirms the player is a minor, the account will be permanently closed, all stakes will be refunded, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage access will be forfeited. 75bd1 reports confirmed instances of underage gambling to the appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

All financial transactions on 75bd1 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 75bd1 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. By using the platform, you acknowledge that all account balances, stakes, winnings, and bonus amounts are denominated exclusively in BDT.

Accepted Deposit Methods: 75bd1 currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500. Maximum deposit limits vary by method and player tier; these are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction.

Deposit Processing: Deposits via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 75bd1 account in real time under normal operating conditions. Bank transfers and card deposits may take between 15 minutes and 2 business hours depending on the sending institution's processing speed. 75bd1 does not charge a deposit processing fee; however, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 75bd1 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Policy: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST on a business day are processed within the same business day. Requests submitted after 18:00 BST or on weekends and public holidays are processed on the next available business day. 75bd1 processes withdrawals within these timeframes; the time for funds to appear in your bank or wallet account depends on the recipient institution.

Anti-Money Laundering: 75bd1 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activity. The platform must not be used as a vehicle for moving or concealing funds of any kind. Any player suspected of using 75bd1 for money-laundering purposes will have their account suspended pending investigation. Where money laundering is confirmed or strongly suspected, 75bd1 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and cooperate fully with any resulting investigation. Suspected laundering funds will be frozen and withheld pending the outcome of that process.

By using the 75bd1 platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to conduct yourself in a manner that does not harm the interests of 75bd1, its staff, or other players. The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Fraudulent activity: Providing false personal information, using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials, engaging in identity theft, or impersonating another person.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, match, or betting market, or sharing information with other players during a live game to gain an unfair advantage.
• Arbitrage and matched betting: Using 75bd1 promotions in conjunction with other bookmakers or exchanges to guarantee a risk-free profit, where such activity violates the promotional terms under which the bonus was offered.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to interact with 75bd1 games or betting markets without prior written authorisation from 75bd1.
• System exploitation: Exploiting any bug, error, or loophole in the 75bd1 platform to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error may be voided by 75bd1.
• Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing communications toward any 75bd1 staff member or other player via any channel including live chat, email, or social media.
• Unlawful activity: Using the 75bd1 platform for any purpose that is prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction, including money laun dering, financing of unlawful activity, or tax evasion.

75bd1 reserves the right to investigate any account where prohibited conduct is suspected. During an investigation, affected accounts may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals withheld. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, 75bd1 may take any or all of the following actions: void open bets, forfeit bonus and promotional balances, recover costs incurred as a result of the prohibited conduct, permanently close the account, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your 75bd1 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing an account, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided the account has passed KYC verification. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure request will be processed before the account is formally closed. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

Suspension by 75bd1: 75bd1 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player is in breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• The account has been compromised by a third party;
• The player is under 18 years of age or has provided false identity information;
• The account is connected to suspicious financial activity or potential money laundering;
• Legal proceedings, regulatory inquiries, or law enforcement requests require the account to be frozen;
• Ongoing technical issues affect the integrity of the account or related transactions.

Permanent Closure by 75bd1: 75bd1 may permanently close an account where the grounds for suspension are confirmed following investigation, where a player is found to have committed prohibited conduct as described in Section 06, or where 75bd1 elects to withdraw services from a particular jurisdiction. In cases of permanent closure resulting from player misconduct, 75bd1 may withhold account balances to the extent necessary to cover costs, losses, or damages attributable to the player's conduct.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or bet placement). 75bd1 will attempt to notify the account holder by email before applying dormancy charges. A monthly administrative fee of ৳200 may be deducted from dormant account balances to cover maintenance costs. Once the real-money balance reaches zero, the dormant account will be closed. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support before the balance is depleted.

Amendments: 75bd1 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication at https://75bd1.vip/terms-conditions. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — 75bd1 will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via in-platform notification or email. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 08.

Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or regulatory authority of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from the Agreement entirely. The remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: This Agreement, together with the 75bd1 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and 75bd1 with respect to your use of the platform and supersedes all prior communications, representations, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Waiver: 75bd1's failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision on any subsequent occasion. No waiver by 75bd1 of any breach of this Agreement shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to 75bd1's internal disputes resolution process in the first instance. Players wishing to raise a formal dispute should contact [email protected] with full details of the matter. 75bd1 aims to acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, the parties agree to seek resolution through appropriate legal channels under applicable law.
